Europe server 3, 4 and 10 are also down, my main accounts are on 4, 10 and 11 - 11 is currently up but no explanation on why the others are down!

If it's scheduled then tell us beforehand. If it's not, then why the hell did you say that you have gone gold. I just hope that this isn't a downwards spiral. Since you're out of beta you have no excuse.
