If this patch has landed, You have effectively kill the game off for the 6th, 7th and 8th Alliance. This is poor customer service.Angry

So a 30k player world will only give an end game to 0.25K gamers.

Suggestion for future developments: Add a few personal markers. Allow message folders for saved messages and allow a message draft to be saved.

No. The FF tops out at level 95. So it may delay the ff attack, but it will also eliminate the problem of the players that leave the world with their bases in the center, on hubs, and the highest poi's.

A new challenge, yes, but overall I think it's a good one.

RE: 16.2 Patchnotes
To take on a level 95 could take 3 years to get there for some players.

As for clearing the center this is true. But why is this needed. Most alliances work together for each others end game. Worlds do not come to a stalemate unless promises have been broken.

When staying on the Hubs for the rise and fall of the shield. An Alliance can limit the size for the next Alliance who attacks.
Jumping away from it, would normal allow it to grow too fast. Limiting the amount of players who can get an end game. And also increase the time between attacks.

We did not make any changes to how the Fortress size/level is calculated. If will also not come back stronger. Everybody who comes at second, third etc. place to take on the Fortress will have the same chances. Obviously though, the calculation of the Fortress level has something to do with how good the average player offensive levels on the world are.

RE: 16.2 Patchnotes
Clarification please - "Once the Forgotten Fortress has respawned, it will command deadly and challenging counter attacks on the attackers in a 50 field radius" - does this mean those individuals who actually launched an attack on the Fortress, or all those who are part of the alliance that attacked the Fortress?

As an example, if the FF falls after 40 attacks, will the 10 or so players who did not attack also be attacked by the Fortress once the timer is up?

Many thanks,
Jz

It is true that the fortress size is depends on the size of the top ten Alliances when first deployed.
But there after Alliances can limit the growth of the Fort. By staying on the Hubs.
For example on 72W we done this and it only went up by one level.
This option has now been removed by this patch. Now the Fort will jump in size to 5 plus. In size. Making the time between attacks. Too long and costly to the average player.Angry

In no time worlds will be maxed out to level 95. And you think the top players will be hanging around for years to help out. I think Not.

Who said the Fortress would jump in size to 5? It wont, thats false information you have here. The Fortress depends on the offense levels on that world. Obviously, the first Alliance will probably have a smaller Fortress as the levels are not that far advanced at this moment, the older a world will be, the higher might the Fortress be.

Every player from the winning Alliance, and in range will be attacked. No matter who did the attacks, if you are part of the Alliance, you will feel the revenge.

So.. does this mean that "Player A" could move from the conquering/winning alliance to a new alliance (who have not attacked the fortress) and escape the revenge of the pyramid?
